1. Membership Policy

2. Payments & Fees

• All membership fees must be paid on or before the due date.
• Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Late payments may result in temporary suspension of access.
• Price adjustments may occur with prior notice.

3. Membership Deactivation & Suspension

• Members may request account deactivation via official email.
• Management may suspend accounts due to non-payment or rule violations.
• Reactivation may require settlement of outstanding balances.

4. Health & Liability Waiver

• Members participate in gym activities at their own risk.
• Super Red Fitness Gym is not liable for injuries resulting from improper equipment use.
• Members are advised to consult a physician before beginning any fitness program.
• The gym is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

5. Email & Communication Consent

• Members agree to receive essential service notifications via email.
• Promotional emails may be sent unless the member opts out.
• Members are responsible for keeping contact details updated.

6. Data Privacy

• Super Red Fitness Gym complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Philippines).
• Personal data will only be used for legitimate business purposes.
• Data will not be disclosed to third parties without consent unless required by law.

7. Amendments
